    • Job Requirements
    • Valid for 2 years. Available for free at https://calcivilrights.ca.gov/shpt/ Covered in WAMC orientation packet when they come into facility under Essentials.

    • Must score 80% or higher.
    • Completed after all other credentials are uploaded and with most up to date information.

      • 2 COVID-19 vaccines and booster required or declination completed
      • Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity. Declinations accepted for this facility only.
