About the Role The Company is in search of an SVP, Sales for its
North American market. The successful candidate will be a highly
driven executive with a collaborative and team-based leadership
style. This role is pivotal in leading the sales engagement for a
vast customer base, including enterprise, mid-market, and SMB
segments. The SVP, Sales will be responsible for fostering close
working relationships with both internal and external partners,
championing the efficient operation of the sales organization, and
leading teams through technology and process transformation. The
ideal candidate should be a visionary leader with a proven track
record in scaling and redefining sales teams, introducing
innovative sales technologies, and driving customer-centric growth
strategies.Key responsibilities for the SVP, Sales include leading
the North American sales organization, identifying and maximizing
the growth potential of new customers, and scaling and transforming
sales team performance. The role demands a leader who is adept at
leading sales teams through technology and tools transformation, is
a strong analytical problem solver, and has a robust sales process
that incorporates best practices and innovative sales leadership.
The candidate should be an inspiring, customer-centric leader,
capable of driving alignment across the organization both
domestically and globally. Experience in AI is a plus, and the
ability to motivate and get the best from the team across all
