world.Product Operations Lead - Consumer ExperienceAbout the
Opportunity: The CX team is seeking a Product Operations Lead, a
highly leveraged role that will directlyimpact the velocity and
quality of feature development in our consumer experience. You will
report directly to CX leadership and be a thought partner to
develop a fast-paced, fine-tuned process for product innovation at
scale. You will be responsible for managing a global consumer
experience product roadmap providing clarity and accountability
into what is being shipped and when. You will partner with leaders
across all functions including product, design, engineering, and
analyticsto launch new projects, set delivery milestones, help
coordinate on cross-team initiatives, streamline dependencies, and
ensure compliance and quality standards are being met. Your

chaos.About the Team:The Consumer Experience (CX) team is
responsible for the end-to-end product experience for fans looking
to discover, buy, and sell tickets to their favorite live events
through our web and mobile platforms. It sits at the forefront of
fulfilling StubHub's mission to become the global destination for
accessing live event experiences by crafting the product experience
that millions of fans interact with every day. We are obsessed with
understanding our users' needs and delivering feature innovations,
both short-term and long-term, that are as effective as they are
enjoyable. We serve a global fan base and aim to deliver a
localized experience that feels personalized to every individual in
over 60 regions and 30 languages. We believe that diversity of

which is why we are a cross-functional team of specialists in
product, design, engineering, and data working closely together
with equal voice in ideation and equal access to insights. We work
across the entire stack leveraging any tool or technology necessary
to support web and mobile feature innovation at scale.This is a
hybrid work opportunity located in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA.
We have a 3-day in-office and 2-day remote schedule.What You'll
Do:
- Manage execution of a global roadmap of new feature development
for over a dozen independent product teams working across our
consumer experiences
- Develop processes for complex product planning including
coordinating across a diverse set of stakeholders
- Manage cross-team or cross-department dependencies to ensure
alignment
- Manage quality assurance testing to ensure feature releases
meet quality standards
- Manage regulatory compliance requirements and implement
processes to maintain compliance and prevent regression
- Research, onboard, and manage third-party vendors
- Regularly communicate status of feature development to a
diverse stakeholder groupWhat You've Done:
- 10+ years of experience in program management orproduct
operations in a consumer productorganization
- Experience overseeing aportfolio of projects consisting of 50+
team members
- Experience with projects involving a mix of product, design,
engineering, and analytics stakeholders
- Experience building and implementing a variety of new product
development and cross-functional processes and methodologies
- Experience with a variety of product development processes and
methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to build project plans for complex,
cross-functional projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage and ship impactful product
initiatives across multiple teams
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills as well as
the ability to manage and influence a diverse set of
cross-functionalpartners
- Thrive in ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup
environment
- Communication skills to clearly articulate complex plans
- People management experience is a plus but not requiredWhat We

a yearThe anticipated gross salary range for this role is $270,000
- $325,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary depending on
factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience,
and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub's
total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes
equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and
