We are seeking an experienced---Pre-Litigation Attorney---to join
our powerhouse team. In this role, you'll work hand in hand with
our talented pre-lit team to fight for our clients' rights from day
one through disbursement. We believe in treating every client like
family, not just a case number, and we need someone who shares this
passion and commitment.--
Please Note:---This position is for someone who thrives in a
collaborative environment and takes ownership of leading a team. If
you prefer to work solely on your own caseload and tasks without
the responsibility of team leadership or accountability, this role
may not be the right fit for you.
Responsibilities:
--- Evaluate New Cases: Assess the viability of claims and advise
clients on their options.
--- Client Communication: Regularly gather information, provide
case updates, and answer questions about the pre-litigation
process.
--- Legal Research: Investigate relevant laws, regulations, and
precedents to support case strategies.
--- Document Preparation: Draft demand letters, settlement
agreements, and correspondence with insurance companies.
--- Negotiations: Engage with insurance adjusters to secure fair
settlements, advocating for clients' best interests.
--- Collaboration: Work with case managers and support staff to
gather necessary evidence and documentation.
--- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws,
regulations, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
--- Team Coordination: Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop
case strategies and prepare for potential litigation.
--- Case Management: Organize and maintain accurate case files,
ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
--- File Audits: Conduct initial and monthly audits for every case
to ensure proper handling.
--- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 10, ensuring efficient
and strategic case management.
--- Independent and Strategic Work: Work independently and
strategically to ensure cases are actively managed and not
delayed.
--- Client Communication: Act on behalf of the managing attorney to
communicate with clients, attend appointments, and meetings.
Qualifications:
--- Extensive Experience in Personal Injury: You'll have a deep
understanding of personal injury law, including opening claims,
conducting thorough investigations to clear liability, reading
medical records and bills, drafting demand letters, and negotiating
settlements. (2- 3 year's experience as a PI Attorney)
--- Leadership Skills: This role requires someone who can step up
and take charge. You'll be responsible for managing the
pre-litigation department from intake to disbursement, developing
success strategies for each case, and mentoring our case
managers.
--- A True Advocate: We need a self-motivated attorney who can lead
the team with minimal supervision. You'll advocate for our clients
with energy, creativity, and the drive to achieve the best
results.
--- Compassionate and Client-Focused: Our clients come first, and
we need someone who sees beyond the legal paperwork to understand
the human story behind each case. You'll play a key role in
ensuring that our clients receive the care and attention they
deserve throughout their journey with us.

Base Salary: $120,000 with additional bonuses. Generous Referral
Bonus: Receive a---40% referral bonus---for every case you bring
in. Additional Bonus Structures: Both discretionary and
non-discretionary bonuses will be discussed during the offer stage.
