  30 bed Step Down unit.
  
  N:P 1:3-4 for the step down ratios
  
  Age Groups of Patients: Adults and Geriatric
  
  Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: ARDS, Sepsis, Neurosurgery, Stroke, Cardiac Surgery, Resp Failure, Multi Organ failure, MI, CHF, Diabetes
  
  Any special procedure done on the unit? Chest tubes, Central Lines, drains
  
  Titrate Vasoactive Drips- Dopamine, Dobutamine, Cardizem, Cardene, Amiodorane
  
  Familarity with Pacemakers (Epicardial as well as permanent) as well as expereince with vasoactive meds, Ventilators, chest tubes, Central Lines, drains
  Required QualificationsBLS ACLS NIHSSCA Lic2 years experience
  Preferred QualificationsCernerTele InterpretationVentilatorsIV InsertionFamilarity with Pacemakers (Epicardial as well as permanent) as well as expereince with vasoactive meds, chest tubes, Central Lines, drains
