Responsibilities:
--- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and ensure accurate interpretation of laws and regulations.
--- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
--- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions, advocating for their best interests.
--- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to build a strong case and provide effective legal representation.
--- Stay current on legal developments, precedents, and best practices in litigation to continuously improve legal services and outcomes.

Qualifications:
--- Possess a valid license to practice law in California.
--- Show 0-5 years of litigation or other relevant experience.
--- Demonstrate exceptional analytical and writing skills.
--- Exhibit outstanding oral advocacy abilities.
--- Embrace a collaborative and collegial work approach.
--- Maintain a strong work ethic and the capability to handle multiple deadlines.
